Ordained Rinzai Zen Buddhist monk July 4, 1980, but have not lived in a monastery for the last 25 years. I live in Westerly R.I., and I lead a small “sitting group”. We meet several times a week, but the main time for practice is Saturday morning. (If you live in RI or SE CT, and are interested, drop me a line)

I am a practicing physician (Radiologist).

I am also a practicing poet–I will post some of my poems here from time to time. Currently working on a series of poems based on (or inspired by) the Tarot.

I also like photography–will post photos if I can figure out exactly how to upload pictures.
